CBS structural reinforcement
SnugRein 302 structural reinforcement is a component composed of structural adhesive and skeleton materials through injection molding. The structural layer is mainly composed of epoxy as the main material, combined with toughening system and cross-linking system. By connecting the sheet metal with the skeleton structure through the structural layer, the stiffness of local positions of the vehicle body can be improved, and the NVH and other performance can be improved.
This product has excellent adhesion after curing, does not contain organic solvents, is non-toxic, has no irritating odor, and is pollution-free to the environment.
Product features
Structural stiffeners are mainly used in body pillars, door opening and closing systems, longitudinal beams, underbody, and roof positions, which can effectively improve local stiffness, strength, and compensate for the shortcomings of NVH performance. And it can replace some structural parts that cannot be made with metal parts.
