- Operation process
- 1. Before sealing, use appropriate solvents such as alcohol and acetone to remove surface oil stains, dust, etc.
- 2. Mix components A and B evenly by weight or volume ratio 1:1 before use. You can mix them manually or by equipment. After mixing, quickly pour them into the product. Due to the fast solidification of this product, in order to achieve better sealing effect, it is recommended to remove bubbles under vacuum.
- 3. If the distribution ratio deviation of group A and group B is large, the gel will be soft or hard. The proportion should be strictly 1:1.
- 4. This product belongs to an additive curing system, and the curing rate is only related to temperature. Heating up can accelerate the curing rate.
- 5. Note that this product should not contact substances containing N, P, S, Sn, Pb, etc., otherwise, gel will not solidify.
- 6. The unused A and B adhesive materials should be sealed and stored.

- ZJ-6650OCR is an addition cured silicone rubber that contains neither toxic nor corrosive substances. Special handling precautions may be required and general industrial hygiene regulations should be followed.
- Hazard indications/safety recommendations/transportation rules:
- Wear protective gloves for long-term or repeated contact.
- Keep away from heat sources/sparks/open flames, prohibit smoking, and keep the container closed. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilation/lighting equipment.
- Transport according to non hazardous materials.
20kg or 180kg barrels or other specifications of packaging, the product is in a sealed state, cool and dry conditions, and the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
