Condensed silicone potting adhesive
JS-1184 is a two component condensed organic silicon potting adhesive. The product has the characteristics of non heat release, non corrosion, low shrinkage, and fast curing speed during curing, and is suitable for potting protection of photovoltaic module junction boxes, electronic components, power supplies, etc.

- 1. Clean the sealing surface and remove oil stains
- 2. To ensure uniform distribution of fillers, first mix components A and B evenly
- 3. Mix components A and B evenly in the mixing tank according to the ratio. It is best to vacuum and defoam for about 5 minutes, and complete the sealing within the operating time. 4. The sealed parts should be cured at room temperature, and after initial solidification, they can enter the next process. It usually takes about 3 hours to cure at room temperature. 5. It is recommended to use specialized sealing equipment for gluing.
Conventional colors include white and black, and special colors can also be produced according to customer requirements, using 11kg/group or 12kg/group packaging.

Recommended storage temperature: Store in a well ventilated and dry place, with a storage environment temperature below 30C.
Shelf life: 6 months
After long-term storage, the filler in the adhesive may settle. Please stir evenly before use, as it will not affect the performance.
